Rally Waitlist Information & Fees

Signing up enters you into the Rally Waitlist.

If your name has been pulled from the waitlist, you will be emailed a letter of acceptance with details of payment.

Payment must be completed within 7-business days of receipt of confirmation email of acceptance and payment instructions.

You can choose to pay a deposit or pay the full cost upfront

Covers the cost for your site, food, entertainment, seminars, etc. You have the option to pay a Deposit to hold your spot for the Rally. At a minimum, $100 USD is required to hold your Rally Spot, but you can choose to pay your total rally cost upfront. Full payment must be made by May 3rd, 2026. Failure to pay the full cost may result in the loss of your Rally Spot.
